Daiva Radaviciute
Owner/|Self-Leadership & Relationship Coach/Fitness & Health Professional
For 20 years, Daiva Radaviciute has worked in health, fitness, personal development, and human transformation. As the owner of Utopia Fitness Center, she has helped people become stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies while exploring a deeper question: What does it really mean to become strong in your life?
Today, Daiva’s work brings together physical strength, self-leadership, relationships, intimacy and pleasure, somatic work, nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, communication, shadow work, and personal accountability.
She works with women who are willing to look honestly at their patterns, beliefs, fears, desires, boundaries, relationships, and the role they play in creating their own lives. Her approach encourages women to become more aware of what is happening within themselves so they can respond with greater intention rather than automatically reacting to what happens around them.
Through somatic practices, women’s circles, and transformational work, Daiva helps women recognize physical and emotional cues, understand needs and boundaries, communicate more clearly, and stay connected to themselves through difficult or uncomfortable experiences. Relationships and intimacy are also central to her work, creating opportunities to explore vulnerability, shame, desire, sexuality, unmet needs, and deeper connection.
Daiva is involved with Woman Within and facilitates women’s groups and circles centered on accountability, active listening, emotional awareness, personal responsibility, and connection.
At the heart of her work is self-leadership: learning to listen to your own voice, understand what is happening within you, own your choices and impact, and consciously choose how you want to show up in your relationships, family, career, business, and life.
Her philosophy around fitness reflects the same belief. Strength is not simply about appearance. It is about building the capacity to move, explore, work, play, age powerfully, take on challenges, and participate fully in life. That philosophy is also at the heart of Utopia Fitness Center, the community Daiva created to help people become stronger, healthier, and more connected.
