Every week you will have at least 8 different group exercise class times to choose from.
SCHEDULE:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 9:00 am
Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm
All the classes are held during childwatch staffed hours.
Each STRONGfit class is 50 minutes and consists of:
– 5 min warm up
– 30 min weight training
– 10 min conditioning
– 5 min stretch and cooldown
